Brannon leads Linville Capital’s debt and equity financing for our conventional and affordable multifamily housing strategies. He is also responsible for ensuring the firm’s regulatory compliance. With over 20 years of experience providing development, construction, and acquisition capital for commercial real estate ventures, he has structured more than $2 billion in equity and debt transactions. Prior to co-founding Linville, Brannon served as an EVP and Group President for the Commercial Banking division of Seacoast Bank. Before Seacoast, Brannon spent 18+ years with BB&T (now Truist Bank) in various roles, including commercial loan officer and real estate lender, middle market banker, and market president. During his banking tenure, Brannon structured debt and treasury solutions for enterprises with annual sales ranging from $5 million to $1.5 billion. This experience provided him with deal acumen that is central to our multifamily private-equity strategy.
Brannon holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Brannon and his wife have 2 children and reside in Charlotte, NC.
